Bharti Foundation and Ciena partner to facilitate ‘Digital Classrooms’ and ‘Advanced Technology Labs’
Ciena has partnered with Bharti Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Bharti Enterprises, to build ‘Digital Classrooms’ and ‘Advanced Technology Labs’ at Satya Bharti schools in rural Punjab and Haryana. These resources help students from underprivileged backgrounds gain the digital skills and tools needed to succeed in the future.
This program is a part of our commitment to digital inclusion, which aims to help more than 100,000 underserved students across the globe through digital access, technology, and learning. Among the resources provided to Bharti Foundation are 3D modeling kits and printers, laptops, as well as funds to hire local trainers to facilitate the immersive learning opportunities.
