5169

Ciena’s 5169 Router is purpose-built for next-generation broadband and 5G networks. With 1/10/25GbE to 100/200GbE aggregation, the 100GbE-optimized 5169 supports both hard (FlexEthernet or FlexE) and soft (Segment Routing or SR) network slicing. The 5169 is the ideal platform to simplify and de-risk the unique 4G-to-5G journeys of mobile and wholesale operators, while equally capable of sitting Top of Rack (ToR) for subtended micro–Optical Line Terminal (uOLT) applications.
