8110

8110

Ciena’s 8110 Coherent Aggregation Router is purpose-built for 100GbE services and aggregation. With dense 100GbE to 400GbE aggregation, support for 1/10/25GbE, and with the option of WaveLogic™ 5 Nano (WL5n), the 8110 addresses the increasing need for high capacity routing and switching applications.

Why 8110?

Ciena’s 8110 is a temperature-hardened 2.4 Tbps switching system with the right port flexibility, density, and scalability balance for today’s aggregation demands, with ample room to grow. This is complemented by support for high-power ZR and ZR+ coherent optics, allowing easy Coherent Routing growth.

Field Replace Unit (FRU) Modules

Extend system lifetime, accommodate bandwidth growth and greater security with flexible port options within the same chassis.
