SOO also provides “at-a-glance” views of order progress and risks to on-time service fulfillment. Unlike traditional service order management applications, SOO can be deployed quickly using predefined control and management workflows and easily optimized to address your specific service and business needs.
BPO product applications run on the modern Cloud Native Platform (CNP), a converged OSS that also integrates Blue Planet Inventory (BPI) and Assurance (BPA) applications to automate the entire service lifecycle and simplify digital transformation. BPO is also fully integrated with Blue Planet’s state-of-the-art AI Studio to accelerate the adoption of AI-guided service fulfillment operations.
