As we advance network connectivity and intelligent automation, we want to ensure that no communities or individuals are left behind. That's why we’ve committed $10 million to unlock opportunities for underserved students worldwide.
Ciena Solutions Challenge
One of our signature Digital Inclusion program initiatives, the Ciena Solutions Challenge, engages students in critical thinking to solve community challenges that are aligned with the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
Ciena Cares
Our Ciena Cares program was created from our employee’s commitment to volunteering and it continues to inspire people to live by our “go do good” philosophy. The program offers paid time off for volunteering, cash rewards for every hour spent volunteering and matched giving up to $5,000 per person.
